Maine State Music Theatre kicks off their 57th season with the heartwarming upbeat comedy THE FULL MONTY. This 10-time Tony Award-nominee is filled with honest affection, engaging melodies and a raucous mix of razor-sharp humor and toe-tapping pizazz, not to mention the most highly anticipated closing number in Broadway history!

While spying on their wives at a “Girls’ Night Out,” a group of unemployed steelworkers from Buffalo see how much the girls enjoy watching male strippers. Jealous, out of work, and feeling emasculated the men come up with a bold way to make some quick cash. They discover they’re stronger as a group and the strength they find in each other gives them the individual courage to “let it go.”
